Take Care Of Your Health, And Your Health Will Take Care Of Other Businesses In 2017

Yes, we are going into a new year. This is not a motivational or the normal new-year-resolution ritual.
Usually, at this time of the year, many people will come out with different kinds of expectations, a line of do's and don'ts, and other kinds of decisions in the hope of becoming a better person, improving their finances, relationships or other important areas of their lives. 

This is about setting a real health goal and target. Health is wealth. And it is so important because you have to healthy and alive to make money or even enjoy meaningful relationships. 
Every other achievement in life is attached to good health because, without it, no one will be able to carry out any other plans successfully. 

It is true nobody calls down sicknesses upon themselves, but we all know certain behaviors help promote good health and longevity.

This is what I suggest you may do to stay healthier and happier in 2017:

1. Bring a paper and pen and write down your health goal(s). How and what and what do you want to keep or start doing to stay healthier and happier. 

For example, you can write that your health goal is to quit smoking 2017; or you can write that your health goal in 2017 is to form and maintain a healthier regular exercising habit. 
This will keep you, not only more physically fit but also will help you maintain a healthier body system.

You can also say your health goal is how to eat healthier. Adding more fruits and vegetables, eliminating too much sugar intake or raw salts in your diet; and cutting down on junk foods etc.

There are many health goals one can adopt. There are many habits that put one's health in danger. Quitting any of such habits can be a health goal. The bottom line is you need to have a specific health goal that is clear and simple to always remember in your mind.

You need to write down clearly your goal(s) as well as all you need to do to achieve or attain the goal.

For example, you can say: 

"To achieve this fitness or healthier body system, I will be visiting the gym at least once a week. I will be trekking to certain places as my routine exercise every day, rather than always going everywhere in a car. Or I will be jogging every morning before I go to work etc."

You must know the things to do to achieve your health goal.

2. If you are the type that, year in and year out, do not go for a regular medical check-up, you may decide you can form this as a new habit. 
This will help promote your health because it can help you detect situations before it can turn fatal or serious. 
For example, regular check-ups can help you detect high cholesterol in your system; it can help you detect when your blood pressure is high. A regular medical check-up can help you detect when there are abnormalities in your blood sugar level etc. 
In 2017, do not wait until you are totally down and sick before you visit the hospital. 

For women, regularly checking yourself for breast and other reproductive cancers is very important.
Remember, social class, status, ethnicity, race etc. does not immune anyone from having breast cancer, for example.

For men, especially when you are above 40, you also need to be aware that no man will escape prostate problems in whatever shape or form as far as they continue to live long enough. 
That awareness should help the men to see they will always check themselves up from time to time.

3. Above all, no matter what manner of health goal you pencil down for 2017; no matter what specialist you keep as your personal doctor and go every day to check yourself up, if you don't maintain a happy, positive attitude and mood, your health will eventually ruin. 

keeping malice and bearing grudges in the heart and being unforgiving have been proven scientifically and medically to corrode the body system and lead eventually to the emergence of different kinds of health challenges. 

Therefore, on the top of your list in maintaining a healthy attitude to stay on top of your health and be in full charge of your body, you must learn to forgive and forget. Always maintaining good cheer and a happy mood.

Adopt behaviors that foster happiness and promote good health. Be nice and kind to your spouse and everyone. Make your family and the people around you to always feel your love and warmth.

No matter your situation, always look out and believe that your future is surely bright and fair and stay positive all the time.
