Catching The Fun Green In New York City: Don't Miss Out

 That you are in the middle of New York City where there are uncountable skyscrapers and world-class facilities does not mean you are far away from nature. In fact, there are thousands of Parks in all the five Boroughs of New York City and many Forever Wild Nature Preserves. And almost all can be accessed with public transit. 

 Whether you are a tourist in New York, or you have been living in New York with your family, or alone, you can always treat yourselves good by looking up for the nearest park, where you are right now, and paying a visit. 

 Nothing would be memorable when you choose a Forever Wild Nature Preserve in any of the Boroughs, and go feel the warmth of the natural soil, see New York's native plants and animals, at the same time, accessing the world-class public facilities, nature centers, and follow the natural trails in them.

 And for New York Parks, a lot of activities which can bring the family closer to enjoy a wholesome bond, go on here. You can check up incoming events associated with the parks, like intermediate canoeing, etc.  
Parks are built in the communities and neighborhoods of New York, for recreations and relaxations with superb facilities, and everyone can visit them, irrespective of whether you are staying permanently or temporarily in New York. 

 Some of the facilities you can find in the New York Parks are, barbecuing areas, baseball fields, basketball courts, bathrooms, dog-friendly areas, handball courts, playgrounds, tennis courts, spray showers, Kayak/Canoe Launch Sites, etc. 

 If you are in New York or planning a visit soon, it is worthwhile to explore New York with nature in mind. A visit to these places can be romantic, scientific or historic, and good for families and individuals. 

 It wouldn't be a bad idea if you are a resident, to volunteer to Forever Wild Nature Preserves, to help in keeping maintaining their lush green status. There are calls for volunteer service.

 Below are some of the New York Parks and Forever Nature Preserves. And all these thousands of parks, recreation facilities, and playgrounds in New York City are called the Emerald Empire because they are terrifically beautiful.

Boy disfigured by chimps in Africa thrives after US surgery

Nine-year-old Dunia Sibomana was the lone survivor three years ago when chimpanzees attacked him and two playmates near a preserve in Congo. His 4-year-old brother and a young cousin died. Dunia's face was left a frightening mask. His lips were ripped off, his cheek was torn apart and he was left with muscle damage that made it hard to swallow or communicate. In January, Dunia underwent a rare surgery at a Long Island hospital that involved grafting tissue and muscle from his forearm to recreate his lips. "World's Highest Bridge" Opens in China Over 1,850-Foot Gorge

The Beipanjiang Bridge took three years to build, cost more than $146.7 million dollars, and stretches to be 4,396 feet long. Its four-lane roadway sits nearly two thousand feet over the Beipan River, which it's named after, to connect the Yunnan and Guizhou provinces in southwest China,  People's Daily Online  reported. It surpassed the 1,837-foot-tall Sidu River Bridge for its world record title. We know what you're thinking: $146.7 million is cheap! And it is!
